Meet Trish
Welcome to A Joyful Heart! My name is Trish. I am a child of the King, saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. I have been married to Roger, my high school sweetheart, for 20 years. We have 3 children. I have a passion for womens’ ministry, am active in a local church, love to teach Bible studies, and I am an author/contributor to several different websites and blogs. I also have a penchant for fresh buttery movie theater popcorn and frozen Cokes.
My husband is a retired Air Force pilot who has been all over the world. He has been all over the world ~ I haven’t (yet)! I have lived in some of the most beautiful places in the U.S. though. We currently live in Arkansas, but Montana is my childhood home. I have lived all over the country, from Texas to New York to Alaska and several other states in between.
We homeschooled for 14 years; our youngest son, Sawyer, is now in his junior year of high school, attending a residential math and science school that has been rated one of the top 5 high schools (academically) in the nation. Our older son, Patrick, attends the University of Arkansas as a Fellow of the Honors College. Our oldest child, daughter Ashley, has blessed us with two grandchildren: a girl, Attison, born in June of 2008, and a boy, Silas, born in January of 2010. Jesus is the ultimate love of my life; I pray that He is the ultimate love of your life as well. My desire for A Joyful Heart is that it will bless you in many different ways ~ spiritually and practically being just the tip of the iceberg.
