Basically everyone seems to be in agreement that the best friend should be told what's going on so she can be part of your support network. Well, I would be honest with my best friend and family members and let them know what is going on. They would need to be there for me and form a circle of hope and love. On that basis, I believe that it would be time to come clean with my friend and let her know what's going on. I would also be praying my little heart out. Last, I would be doing a ton of research.
